Was reading my favorite Lawrence Ferlinghetti poem from A Coney Island of the Mind (number 9) which I'm just going to left justify and type out here
See it was like this when we waltz into this place a couple of Papish cats is doing an Aztec two-step And I says Dad let's cut but then this dame comes up behind me and says You and me could really exist Wow i says Only the next day she had bad teeth and really hates poetry Comments
 Love this. That last line is perfect.
Also, great imagery for only using only so many words. -- sappy songs about sex and cheating bland accounts of two lovers meeting make me want to give mankind a beating  that is one of my favorite Ferlinghetti poems. i haven't thought about him in a long time.
-- If you can't laugh at yourself, you don't have the right to laugh at anyone else.   I like this. liked it even more once I'd read the Lawrence Ferlinghetti poem. very well done! -- even the garden of eden was just a big fancy cage. The Ferlinghetti poem is in the Artist Comments now, if you want to read that as well.
