I quite like that it says 'sad' down the, I guess, second column(?) too, whether it be a mistake or not.

oh lol, sad...I didn't even notice that. As for asdf, did you ever take a computer typing class? They made me start by typing those four letters with correct fingering (the home keys or something like that) and they just seem so dull, that I figured it was the best way to show a dullness in text.

I know it might seem like I'm stretching things with this, but I was just thinking of setting up this dull repetition that, in the end, fades away as everything else in this world seems to do.

We don't have typing classes here generally. Shame; there are some people who could really use them.

Even though I didn't get the meaning behind 'asdf', I got the meaning of the piece overall. Which should show just how well it works. :)
